As a Manager of Retirement Plan Services, Matt works with business owners and their teams to ensure their retirement plan is meeting the needs of their ever-evolving workforce. Matt is passionate about his work in educating and encouraging others to maximize their company’s retirement plan to save for retirement.

Matt received his undergraduate degree from Capital University in 2007. Since then, his career has been centered around the Financial Services industry. When he joined The Joseph Group in 2019, he brought with him 7 years of retirement plan administration experience. Matt is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and holds both the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) designations.
Matt and his wife, Jamie, currently live in Hilliard. They have three children, Elijah, Deacon and Harper. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and watching Ohio State/Manchester United. Matt has a deep appreciation for both the military and history. His dream vacation would be to take a tour from the beaches of Normandy to Austria and follow the path of Easy Company during World War II.
