The holidays may be a little different this year, so join Chef Blair Arms for some holiday inspiration.
Chef Blair will walk us through how to host a party for 4-6 people and make it special, including how to create a menu. She will put together a charcuterie board – sharing tips and tricks on how to make it look impressive while being cost effective – plus give wine pairings. Then she’ll share a simple dessert to finish the evening.
Chef Blair is the Head Chef at Ronald McDonald House Columbus, tasked with planning and providing meals for hundreds of family members each day. She’ll be joining us from the RMHC kitchens to share her expertise and easy ways to impress guests this holiday season.
