Avery is passionate about helping individuals and families build meaningful, financially secure lives. Her background in psychology allows her to approach financial planning with a relational and holistic perspective, understanding that every financial decision is deeply connected to a person’s story. She is excited to bring her unique background to the Investment Team at The Joseph Group.
Her favorite Joseph Group value is humility. She believes in the world of finance, humility is essential in order to truly serve others well. It allows us to listen first, continuously learn, and recognize that we are entrusted with something deeply important which is our clients’ livelihoods.
Avery graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville magna cum laude in 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Business Finance. During her time at Franciscan, she had the opportunity to lead two international mission trips to the Dominican Republic, where she developed a deeper appreciation for servant leadership and the importance of investing in others.
Avery is originally from Delaware, Ohio, and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and fiancé. She will be getting married in July 2026 and looks forward to beginning this new chapter of her life with her husband. During her senior year, Avery had the opportunity to study aboard in Gaming, Austria, where she traveled to over ten countries throughout Europe. She loves traveling and is especially excited to return to Italy for her honeymoon! Some of her other hobbies include hosting, wake surfing, snowboarding, and reading.
