Jodi Picetti thoroughly enjoys her roles as Director of Client Services and Chief Compliance Officer. She values working closely with the Service Excellence Team and in collaboration with other teams within The Joseph Group to deliver exceptional client care. She also enjoys focusing on evaluation and refinement of internal processes and procedures. Jodi is a passionate leader of our Compliance Team and fosters a culture of compliance that resonates throughout the entire firm.
Of the values we emphasize at TJG, ‘enthusiasm’ resonates most with Jodi. She says, “I am truly honored to be part of an amazing team that is passionate about our privilege to impact our clients’ stories.”
She attended Ohio Wesleyan University and The Ohio State University before starting a rewarding position as a job coach supporting youth and adults with disabilities. She then began her career in the financial industry working more than 17 years in consumer banking, training, and technical writing roles for Bank One/Chase.
Jodi and her husband, R.J., live in Lewis Center and have three children – Claire, Lauren, and Christopher. They love being outdoors and are involved in many sports. Jodi also enjoys reading, travel, and yoga.
