Jodi attended Ohio Wesleyan University and The Ohio State University before starting a rewarding position as a job coach working with people with disabilities. She went on to begin her career in the financial industry working 17 years in several different positions for Chase Bank. Jodi joined our team in April 2017 and to her, The Joseph Group value that means the most is ‘excellence’ – “It is important to me that I am my most excellent self with my teammates and with our clients. And it is important to me that the work I do reflects our Excellence in service.”
She strives for excellence by working closely with the advisors to serve clients’ needs for on-boarding, opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. She is also responsible for helping to evaluate and refine internal processes for a wide range of client service topics. Jodi loves being a part of our team that interacts with clients and helps serve our clients’ needs.
Jodi and her husband R.J. have their hands full with their three children, a daughter and their younger set of twins, but she says that hugs from her three kiddos are the best way to start her day.
