Zach has always loved helping others. When he was younger, he wanted a career path that involved catering to the needs of others in some capacity. Eventually, Zach started to form an obsession with personal finance and with the help of some family friends, turned his attention towards becoming a financial advisor. The idea of being able to help others achieve their goals was something that he knew he would love as a career.
Zach says his favorite TJG value is enthusiasm. He says, “I interpret this is having a joy for life. I feel like it is important to try and see the good and the potential that each day has to offer. There are so many things to be thankful for and by approaching life with enthusiasm, I have found the ability to find good in everyday life.”
Zach graduated from Ashland University in May of 2024, majoring in Finance with a minor in Risk Management and Insurance. He has some experience in banking, with an internship at Mechanics Bank in their Wealth Management department, as well as being a Customer Service Specialist at Mechanics Bank for almost a year. He is also a board member for Every Kid Deserves a Voice!, which is an advocacy group for kids who are in the foster care system. He have been involved with that organization for almost two years, primarily dealing with donations.
He has lived in Mount Gilead his whole life. Zach is currently engaged to his high school sweetheart, Alyssa, with a wedding coming August 2024. They recently got a cat named Cleo (full name Cleo-catra)! In his spare time, Zach loves watching sports (anything except for baseball), spending time with friends and family, playing guitar, and has recently started to golf.
