December 10, 2021
2021 has been an incredible year for The Joseph Group. We’re working with many new friends like you, and that growth has allowed us to grow our team. Many of our readers will soon receive our Harvest magazine introducing you to the newest members of our Joseph Group family: Theresa LeChard, Christie Thompson, and Hunter Shepherd. All three are what we call “Joseph Group” people; they live our values of Integrity, Teamwork, Humility, Excellence, and Enthusiasm. We are so excited for you to meet them in person soon!
As we grow as a firm, we are incredibly intentional about how we love and serve our clients. Every person we work with matters. You matter! To that end, we have a unique team structure I’d like to share.
We have many functional areas in our firm (e.g. Investments, Retirement Plan Services, and Marketing just to name a few). But our clients typically only have day-to-day direct contact with our team members in Wealth Advisory Services. Wealth Advisory Services is made up of our Service Excellence Team and Advisor Team. Many of you have come to know and love Jodi Picetti and Angie Eversole as they care for you and your account setup and maintenance. We were excited to have Hunter Shepherd join their team this summer. Jodi, Angie, and Hunter comprise our Service Excellence Team.
Every one of our clients has a dedicated Advisor (Travis Upton, Scott Mizer, Dave Suchland, Jeff Tudor, Jake Martin, Nick Boyden, or myself). For several years we have also had what we call a “Wealth Advisory Associate.” An Associate helps Advisors serve our clients in many ways, including preparing for meetings and coordinating several of the follow-up items from those meetings. This year, we have been fortunate to find two amazing people to serve in this role: Theresa LeChard and Christie Thompson.
Why is this important to you? We believe the Wealth Advisory Associate is an investment in our clients. Theresa and Christie provide one more touch point for you: one more set of eyes on your plan, one more person helping you with what matters to you. We believe you are best served when more than one person knows what’s going on with your situation. While that’s all happening for you, internally, it’s also an investment in our Advisors. Our Associates learn from each other and from other Advisors and then share that information with the whole team to carry out our core value of Excellence, which we define as “making it better.” Through the work of our Associates, we believe you’ll experience and appreciate an even higher level of service than you have already grown accustomed to.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention this: we’re hiring again! We’re starting our search for another experienced Wealth Advisory Associate. Here’s a link with all the details and qualifications. If you know anyone who might be interested, please let us know. In fact, we’ll be announcing a new hire soon who came to us by way of referral from a good friend and client of The Joseph Group.
During this Holiday season we are so blessed by you, but also by all the members of our Joseph Group team. We know you are blessed by them too. What a privilege it is to grow together!
